The Seventh Sense On Vivo™ platform is composed of three key technologies that form the building blocks for a rich pipeline of diverse products. The platform encompasses blood collection, existing and proprietary assay chemistries, and data handling, which can be leveraged across the diagnostic spectrum, from fully integrated on-skin diagnostics to point of care and central lab analytical systems.

Seventh Sense's proprietary, single-step Touch Activated Phlebotomy™ (TAP™) technology is being developed to eliminate the discomfort, inconvenience, and expert intervention associated with traditional blood sample collection. TAP™ penetrates the uppermost layers of skin and uses a microfluidic extraction process to transfer blood to a collection reservoir for analysis. TAP™'s unique and intuitive design is appropriate for use by anyone, anywhere, anytime.

By leveraging TAP's painless blood collection process, we are creating a new class of health monitoring products - On Vivo Diagnostics. Although the technology is sophisticated, the concept is simple: the TAP platform can be integrated with miniaturized fluidic and assay technologies in small device applied to the skin like an adhesive bandage. Clear, interpretable results for a variety of tests could be available in minutes right on the skin, providing actionable information for both the healthcare provider and consumer.

The products being developed by Seventh Sense will, quite simply, revolutionize diagnostics. By making blood sampling as easy and safe as applying a bandage, TAP™-enabled devices could improve testing and monitoring regimens, facilitate rapid, informed clinical decision-making, and foster greater engagement of healthcare consumers in their own well-being.
